Excellent as an appetizer on bruschetta and crostini. Perfect for seasoning pasta, risottos, and polenta. Their whole form also makes them impressive as a side dish or on gourmet platters.

Porcini mushrooms (70%) "Boletus edulis and related group", olive oil (30%), salt, natural flavors. Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid. Contains sulfites.
