HISTORY
In a peaceful country garden, love for the land and passion for cooking merged into a single dish: the vegetable appetizer in olive oil. Patient and curious hands carefully picked the finest vegetables, giving them a place of honor on the table.
The peppers, artichokes, onions, olives and mushrooms of various shapes and colors were skilfully cut and delicately marinated in olive oil. Each vegetable brought with it the story of a season, a generous sun and fertile soil.
