HISTORY

In a picturesque town, located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, the legend of anchovy fillets was born.

The fresh anchovies, skilfully caught by local fishermen, are transformed into delicious fillets, which are lovingly preserved in a delicate oil.

The anchovies are opened by hand, the bones are skilfully removed and the fillets are arranged with precision in the jar. Each step contains the experience of generations of fishermen and the passion for traditional cuisine.

Only the freshest and finest anchovies are chosen to become fillets, guaranteeing an intense flavor and a soft texture.

INGREDIENTS

ANCHOVY FILETS 80 ml:

Anchovies, sunflower oil, salt.

Semi-preserved. Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated with the product covered in oil and consume within 30 days.
