Tuna
HISTORY
In the vast blue ocean, where the sun shines on the surface of the water, a marine treasure is hidden: the tuna. This tuna, skilfully caught by the most expert fishermen, is a symbol of excellence and refined taste.
From dawn, the fishing boats set sail on the horizon, following the tracks of the vigorously swimming shoals of tuna. The fishermen dexterously catch the tuna, preserving its freshness and quality.
Once on board, the tuna is prepared with care and attention. The most valuable parts are cut into fillets to be then preserved in a very high quality oil, rich in aroma and flavour.
Each step is masterfully performed to ensure the tuna retains its succulent texture and unique flavour. Each vase is carefully filled, like a small casket that holds a treasure from the sea.
