Moss mushrooms

Excellent as an appetizer or side dish. Perfect in risottos, pasta, and warm salads. Their earthy flavor pairs well with aged cheeses and white meats.

Straw mushrooms (70%) "Volvariella volvacea", olive oil (30%), salt, natural flavorings. Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid. Contains sulphites.

After opening, store in the refrigerator.
