Sliced mushrooms
HISTORY
In an old country kitchen, a knowledgeable grandmother prepared sliced mushrooms in oil with passion and skill.
He cut fresh mushrooms into thin slices and put them in a jar, covering them with oil. He let the mushrooms marinate, absorbing the aroma and richness of the oil.
These sliced mushrooms in oil were a true gastronomic treasure, ready to enrich appetizers, salads or main courses.
Each slice was a soft, succulent delight, with the earthy flavor of the mushrooms blending with the fruity note of the oil.
This delicacy was the result of culinary passion and wisdom handed down from generation to generation, bringing with it the authentic taste of nature.
