The tomatoes, kissed by the sun and cradled by the Mediterranean breeze, are harvested at the right moment, when their pulp is sweet and juicy. Then the magic begins.
The skilled farmers cut them in half and lay them carefully on traditional straw mats, where the warm sun embraces them and transforms them into authentic red gems.
After days of patient waiting, the sun-dried tomatoes are ready to be preserved in precious and aromatic olive oil which enhances their flavors and envelops them in a caress of goodness.
