In the company's quiet workshop, Simona, guardian of an ancient culinary secret, lovingly picks artichokes with stems, selects them, cuts them and places them one by one inside the imposing square jar.

With fifty years of experience, she is the only one who carries on the tradition, storing each artichoke by hand.

The result is a product rich in history and flavour, a tribute to the mastery that only time can give.

INGREDIENTS

Artichokes (65%), sunflower oil, salt, parsley, garlic, spices. Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid. Acidity corrector: citric acid.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
