In the company's quiet workshop, Simona, guardian of an ancient culinary secret, lovingly selects the artichokes and places them one by one inside the imposing square jar.

With fifty years of experience, she is the only one who carries on the tradition, storing each artichoke by hand.

Artichokes (73%), olive oil (27%), salt. Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid. Acidity corrector: citric acid.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
