Mince of dehydrated tomatoes and capers

Spread on toasted bread crostini, it's an instant appetizer with great character. Also excellent as a seasoning for pasta, mixed with extra virgin olive oil and a few fresh basil leaves. Try adding it to a bruschetta with ricotta, or use it to flavor grilled white meats or roasted vegetables. A teaspoon is enough to transform a simple dish into something memorable.

Sun-dried tomatoes (41%), sunflower oil, hot peppers, capers (2%), olive oil, salt, garlic, spices, aromatic herbs. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
After opening, keep refrigerated, covered with a thin layer of oil.
